Based at our Kombucha HQ in Zug, we're on the lookout for a part-time Business Development Lead (40–80%) to help drive our next phase of growth. With international gold medals to our name, we’re proud to craft a premium product that stands out — in taste, quality, and care. Now we’re searching for a long-term team member to join our slightly mad (but genuinely fun — we promise!) crew of passionate Kombucha lovers.
This role is all about turning great Kombucha into great relationships. You'll be responsible for leading our customer growth efforts — from finding new partners who love what we brew, to keeping our existing clients fizzing with happiness. Whether you're pitching to a new gastro venue or co-creating with the CEO, you're here to spread the joy of our Kombucha far and wide - and help more people Feel Good. Do Good. every step of the way.

- Based in Zug, our small & industrious team makes handcrafted authentic organic Kombucha
- We are responsible for every step in the production process in our very own brewery based in Steinhausen
- Despite the challenges, the company has steadily grown into Switzerland’s go-to premium Kombucha brand!
- We delicately brew each drop and hand chop every ingredient to ensure our unprocessed, unfiltered Kombucha is the best it can be for our customers’ wellbeing. No shortcuts, no funny business, just wholesome deliciousness!

THE ROLE - Reporting to the CEO you will:
- Lead and Execute Business Development Initiatives
- Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C customers across Switzerland and international markets.
- Proactively set up and attend meetings with prospects — either independently or together with the CEO, especially in the early stages of relationship-building.
- Shape and Align Strategy with Leadership
- Work closely with the CEO to co-develop and refine the business development strategy, including market prioritization and partnership opportunities.
- Leverage Digital & AI Tools for Growth
- Use our CRM and AI-based tools to drive prospecting, personalize outreach, and improve engagement across channels.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Use CRM insights to tailor communications and anticipate customer needs.
- Content and Campaign Support
- Support the Social Media idea generation and customer newsletter process — from content planning to execution — and contribute marketing ideas that reflect our voice and values.
- Strategic Growth Projects
- Lead or support special initiatives such as International market expansion, export channel development and logistics planning.
- Be a Team Player Step in to support ad-hoc tasks within the brewery when needed — we’re a small, hands-on team and collaboration is key to our culture.
The ideal candidate is...
- Determined and tenacious, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Has a strong network in the Swiss gastro / hospitality / food & beverage space
- Fluent in German & strong in English (French & Italian nice to have!)
- Brings a proven commercial track record — from prospecting to deal-making and long-term client growth
- Comfortable using CRM and AI tools to streamline outreach and optimise the commercial process
- Organised, accurate, and pragmatic — able to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure
- Passionate about business development and turning ideas into results
- A self-starter with a positive mindset who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Comfortable taking direction, learning from feedback, and adapting fast
- Has a good sense of humour (or is at least willing to laugh at ours!)
- Ideally based within 60 minutes of Zug
- You are excited at the prospect of becoming a long-term team member in a dynamic start-up

What to expect:
- Brewing the world's best Kombucha is hard work, so a “sleeves up, let’s go” attitude is absolutely essential
- A flexible approach to hours and work location with regular touch points with KombuchaHQ particularly at the beginning to learn how the magic happens.
- Regardless of what role our team has, we want everyone to jump in when needed. The brewery can be a little action packed so you'll need to be ok with the occasional sticky floor and potentially jumping in to support inevitable brewery spills on the days your working from HQ - we always make sure to have fun and laugh along the way!

Pay: CHF20.00 - CHF30.00 per hour
