For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Business Operation Partner.
Background:
The Pharma Engineering Drug Substances group and the On-/Offboarding Excellence group are looking for suitable candidates to provide administrative support. As a Business Operation Partner for the aforementioned groups, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Pharma Division's biotechnological, chemical, and pharmaceutical production facilities at the Basel/Kaiseraugst sites. In addition, the Technical department is responsible for the GMP-compliant operation of the infrastructure facilities and site supply systems.
The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training and at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position. We are also looking for someone with strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritize their own workflows.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Creating travel requests, expense reports, and course registrations.
- Process material and service orders via the purchasing system (MyBuy).
- Responsibility as a mutation office for time management, preparation and evaluation of statistics.
- Appointment management.
- Business Contact Person for Technical Compliance.
- Administratives Onboarding von A-Z.
- Administratives Offboarding of AZ.
- Organisation von Town Halls, Workshops, Social Events.
- Ordering hardware and software and applying for authorizations for IT systems.
- Responsibility for relocation management.
- Create presentations / slides.
- Create engaging content for internal platforms, including newsletters, photos, and videos (with Content Creator).
- Establish contact and collaborate with other circles.
Must Haves:
* Completed commercial training
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Very good written and spoken German skills are required; good English skills are an advantage.
- Very good IT knowledge (MS Office or GSuite).
- Interest in engineering processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Roche administrative processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, experience in communicating with different hierarchical levels and experience in handling sensitive information.
- Strong self-management skills, ability to prioritize your own work processes.
