Support the delivery of cross-location Risk & Regulatory projects within time and with high quality (E2E responsibility from business analysis, solutioning in close collaboration with the agile teams, syndication, testing to rollout and communication)
Lead the solution defining process considering regulatory requirements and business needs in the context of given frameworks and systems to facilitate best outcomes with available resources
Write implementation concepts and specification documents for the implementation of the business requirements
Organize, lead and participate within working groups, governance bodies and ensure documentation and protocoling of relevant decisions
Act as the central liaison with key stakeholders such as Risk, Compliance, Business and IT functions
Manage and set clear objectives with a holistic business impact view and escalate non-resolvable matters in a timely manner
YOUR PROFILE
Able to work independently in a global team setup and take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitude
Client-centric approach for all deliverables
Solution-oriented and experience with working in an agile setup
Able to quickly innovate, troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions
Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Multi-tasking capabilities, good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Committed to high standards of quality and performance in all deliverables
Relevant higher educational and professional background with at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager or equivalent in the private banking industry
Strong knowledge in the areas of client suitability (MiFID, FIDLEG), advisory and products & services topics
Good grasp of products and investment systems/processes in the global private banking context
Outstanding ability to manage global virtual teams and liaise with stakeholders at any seniority level
IT flair and understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery model within the financial sector
Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA etc.
Able to conduct in-depth data analysis and gap assessment, structure and document requirements and present solution options
Prior experience in the areas of advisory process, investment suitability, product governance and trading/execution will be highly advantageous
