Job summary
As a Sales Support within Asset Management team, you will be working closely with the client advisors to help build and sustain client relationships within the funds/wholesale business of JPMorgan Asset Management.
The group is responsible for offering advice on all JPMorgan Asset Management strategies (segregated mandates and pooled funds).
The 40-50% work time should be 2-2.5 days each week in the office (except for vacation or exams periods).
Job responsibilities
- Partner with client advisors to support all facets of the sales and business development process
- Answer client requests by phone and e-mail
- Send information material to clients (mailings & reporting)
- Maintenance of the CRM tool and mailings lists
- Assistance of the sales team in preparing product presentations, social events and attendance of those events
- Keep close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world
- Assist in tracking our sales results
- Help identify new business opportunities and upcoming product searches
- Understand the regulatory and compliance framework, including Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Interest in Asset Management industry and investment funds
- Fluency in German and English is absolutely necessary
- Self-starting team player, eager to learn and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Software and database skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a client-servicing role would be an asset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- French, Italian or other languages would be an asset
