YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across both our simulation software and measurement hardware solutions. You will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing/expanding our distributor networks, and supporting marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and sales traction worldwide. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on sales execution, marketing planning and team coordination. The position involves the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support the company's growth and global visibility.
- Lead customer acquisition and key commercial relationships, both directly and through our distribution partners.
- Contributing to the daily activities of the Technical Sales Engineers (prospecting, customer calls, quote preparation, CRM maintenance).
- Oversee and optimize the entire sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure — including CRM and KPI reporting.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, including content development, digital strategy, and product launches and updates.
- Collaborate with the product managers to ensure that marketing and sales communications reflect technical accuracy and product value.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform the product managers and the company's upper management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and customer visits worldwide.
- Support proposal writing for complex sales opportunities. Negotiation with the purchase departments of our corporate customers.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s distributor network, ensuring high levels of engagement and training.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. You should be comfortable navigating both the technical and business aspects of high-tech B2B markets and align well with this description:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sales and/or marketing in a B2B high-tech industry — experience in the photovoltaics or display industry is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in business development, partner management, or marketing campaign leadership.
- Strong technical background and understanding of semiconductor physics, optics, device simulation, or characterization.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, project management tools, and social media channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and coordinate a multi-cultural team.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%)
