Are you ready to contribute to the success of complex aviation projects by ensuring materials flow smoothly and efficiently? Join our team as a SCM Project Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Project Managers.
Your mission
As a SCM Project Coordinator, you’ll be the link between supply chain operations and project execution, responsible for:
- Coordinating supply chain activities across multiple aviation programs
- Monitoring material flow and ensuring timely availability of parts and components
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, Production and Engineering to resolve material-related issues
- Maintaining project schedules, trackers, and reports aligned with key milestones
- Identifying and escalating risks such as delays, shortages, or supplier issues
- Supporting mitigation actions and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Providing clear and timely updates to Project Managers and SCM leadership

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or project coordination (aviation or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of material planning and supply chain workflows
- Effective communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles is an asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working cross-functionally
