Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim HR Manager to support all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle for a period of 9 months. This key role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth transition during this critical time.
Starting date: 1st of July or by arrangement
Duration: end of March 2026
Preferred workload: 100%
Working Location: Zurich
Job requirements
WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US:
Manage and oversee all HR operations through the whole employee lifecycle
Providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that people-related issues are addressed effectively and in alignment with business priorities
Contributing to the payroll process in coordination with the Indian payroll team and local vendor
Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Supporting and guiding through the ongoing HR integration in Switzerland in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
Lead potential future business transfers in Switzerland
WITH THIS YOU SUCCEED:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
Eidg. HR Fachausweis (Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in Swiss labor law and Swiss social insurances
Preferably experience in a similar international set-up
Excellent knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
Strong communication skills as well as a flexible and proactive way of working
