About your future role
Nexi Group, a leading European PayTech company with a presence in over 25 countries, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be based in Switzerland and will cover Switzerland, Austria, and France. The primary reporting line will be to the HR Director DACH based in Germany, with a dotted reporting line to the General Manager of Switzerland.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Implement and monitor HR processes across operations in Switzerland, Austria, and France
- Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments, acting as an advisor to leadership on HR matters
- Champion employee experience and organizational culture
- Drive HR strategy and organizational success across the assigned region
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute HR programs and initiatives
- Manage HR functions from hire to retire, acting as a change agent and HR ambassador
- Support headcount planning and people development programs
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws in the covered countries

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar roles
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in Switzerland and ideally also Austria, and France
- Excellent communication skills in English, German and French
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
