Tasks:
- Play a key role in the successful delivery of compliance and regulatory projects
- Lead and manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on approach
- Define project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance with business units and stakeholders
- Manage the go-live process and ensure a smooth transition to operations
- Monitor project progress, assess post-go-live impact, and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness
- Completed vocational training or a comparable degree in a business, economic, or technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally within a compliance, regulatory, or risk-related environment
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and optimizing workflows
- Familiarity with compliance systems, tools, and technologies is a plus
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a high level of accountability
