Project Manager (A) Compliance

We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager / Business Analyst to take a key role in driving compliance initiatives for our client, a private bank based in Zurich.

Please note that due to applicable Swiss legislation, we can only consider applications from Swiss citizens, EU citizens, and individuals with a valid work permit.

Remote work from abroad is not possible.

Tasks:

• Play a key role in the successful delivery of compliance and regulatory projects
• Lead and manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on approach
• Define project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure effective implementation
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance with business units and stakeholders
• Manage the go-live process and ensure a smooth transition to operations
• Monitor project progress, assess post-go-live impact, and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness

• Completed vocational training or a comparable degree in a business, economic, or technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally within a compliance, regulatory, or risk-related environment
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and optimizing workflows
• Familiarity with compliance systems, tools, and technologies is a plus
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a high level of accountability
