Your Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer projects in the area of New Product Introduction (NPI) from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards

• Provide customer support and consultation throughout the entire project lifecycle, including regular progress updates and proactive problem-solving

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including milestone planning, resource management, and risk assessment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate proposal preparation in collaboration with the sales team and plan and execute project kick-offs in cooperation with the production team

• Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders

• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure project objectives and requirements are clearly understood and met

• Report on project progress regarding timelines, cost adherence, and supply chain readiness

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (e.g., Polymechanic) with further training as a Technician HF or a comparable background

• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the medical technology or other quality-regulated sectors

• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams

• Excellent analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, hands-on approach

• Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for working with internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
