We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to keep our people operations running seamlessly. Do you have a passion for supporting employees, enjoy working in an international environment, and excel when every day brings something new?
What you'll do
- Manage HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files, and reference letters
- Maintain and update our HR information system
- Assist employees and line managers with HR-related matters
- Support payroll and benefits processes globally
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and background checks
- Organize engaging employee events such as onboarding sessions, National Future Day, and graduate program weeks
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
What you'll need
- Commercial apprenticeship with further education to "HR-Assistant"
- At least 2 years of experience in a HR department of an international company
- Open-mindedness, confidence, and courage in tackling challenges
- Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent working style
- A team-player mindset with a great sense of humor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Fluency in both English and German
