As a HR Manager you will:
Your tasks
- Own and lead all HR activities across the Function, acting as the key contact for all People-related matters
- Provide coaching to the Function Head, leaders and employees to support organizational development, ensure positive team dynamics and foster performance, growth and change
- Support and coordinate People Development initiatives, including training needs analysis and talent development
- Accelerate the development of the Functional Leadership team and its culture
- Engage with the organisation as to ensure change is implemented
- Promote and develop strategies and programmes to ensure a positive culture across the business
- Contribute and be a role model for company transformation and new ways of working
- Manage absence cases and coordinate reintegration processes for long-term sick employees (Case Management)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a business leader with a strong affinity for HR and technical industries
- Driven, energetic and committed to working at the highest standard
- Ability to interface effectively and confidently at all levels of the organisation
- Operational knowledge of key HR processes and activities as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and employment legislation
- Proficiency in English (Level C1), German language skills is an advantage
