Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR and Business Support Intern, where you’ll contribute to essential processes that keep organizations running smoothly. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR and Business Support functions and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Help with onboarding processes by organizing orientation materials, ensuring proper documentation, and guiding new hires as they adapt to the organization.
- Support offboarding procedures, such as facilitating exit interviews, collecting organizational assets, and maintaining accurate records.
Administrative and Business Support:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, sending calendar invites, and taking meeting minutes.
- Assist with invoice administration, ensuring proper processing, record-keeping, and timely payments.
- Support expense report preparation and verification, maintaining accurate records of company expenses.
- Maintain and update compliance-related documentation, ensuring records are accurate and in line with regulatory standards.
- Assist in organizing and archiving business files, both physical and digital, to improve efficiency.
- Conduct basic research to enhance processes or support specific projects.
KYC and Documentation Management:
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify identities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with various teams to organize and maintain compliance-related files and safeguard critical records.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Spanish and German
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
