Job Responsibilities
Provides strong HR support to leaders and/or business groups in a specific region/country. Ensures business goals and HR strategies are aligned and executed effectively. Partners with assigned leaders to drive people strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of talent within the company
- Partner with HR Lead & HR COE to execute large people projects (e.g., HR Data, performance management, compensation strategy design, etc.).
- Support leaders and employees, on all strategies related to people in assigned functional/business line teams, managing concepts and appropriate related tasks
- Partner with and pull through initiatives from centers of excellence, including compensation, learning & development, talent acquisition, legal, and finance
- Consult with leaders to provide insight on employee issues
- Provide analytics of employee data (compensation, retention, etc) to help drive the development of the people strategy
Qualifications
- 8-12 years within Human Resources, with 6+ as an HR Business Partner
- Background in developing/implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive business's success
- Experience supporting business leadership in charge of P&L
- Preference of Life Science industry experience; CRO experience ideal
- Undergraduate Degree; Graduate Degree and/or HR certification preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
