Eaton’s Electrical Sector EMEA is hiring a Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Morges, Switzerland.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts across the EMEA region. This position will be responsible for Eaton's go to market strategies in EMEA, scaling revenue, building high-performing teams, and positioning Eaton's brand as a market leader across customer segments and end-markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in complex, multi-market environments and possess a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute innovative marketing and sales strategies.


1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.
2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, development and excellence.
3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing offerings. Advise senior management of customer and competitive developments that impact sales, growth and profitability and recommend strategies to adapt to market dynamics.
4. Develop annual sales plans in support of EMEA's strategy and objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
6. Utilize Salesforce and other analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
8. Drive customer-centric initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Ensure effective cross- organizational communications, supporting sales plan objectives, organizational needs, and employee engagement.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a senior management role within a sales or P&L management function.
Experience in solution sales, ETO, flow business and channel drive.
15+ years of leadership experience in a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader of comparable size and scope.
Experience in the Data Center, Utility, and C&I segments.
Experience leading negotiations for hyperscale DC and large industry projects,
Demonstrated ability in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics leading to sustained growth
A strong record of accomplishment in building and developing high-performing, diverse teams within a matrixed organization delivering measurable results.
In-depth knowledge and experience in technical/engineering-focused product sales.
Proven ability to stimulate new process development and process improvement while fostering a culture of learning.
Bachelor’s degree or above.

Skills:

Salesforce experience, with proven track record of scaling revenue and profits in complex, multi-market environments.
Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
Experience in the electrical industry is strongly preferred.
Proven and successful business and financial acumen with P&L knowledge and ownership strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, influencing, self-driven and project management skills.
Strong integrative mindset with passion to serve customers and solve problems
Ability to turn concepts into reality and drive execution
Ability to facilitate a sense of belonging, and inclusion, drive ownership and team collaboration.
Agile, pragmatic, with digital and growth mindset
Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into action.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
