Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in UX Design.
- Experience of designing web applications and platforms for enterprise users.
- Experience of leading and managing design reviews and managing stakeholders.
- Experience of working within enterprises and cross-functional organizations.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop deliverables including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Foster a creative and supportive UX culture that values critical feedback as a means of achieving excellence.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management and Engineering partners to create a user-centered product vision, and collaboratively define logical, iterative steps for long-term execution.
- Leverage all available data points—subject matter experts, analytics, and user research—to inform your decisions, using intuition to bridge any gaps.
- Strive to understand the ins and outs of our business, the industry, and our users.
