Job Description:
- Provide hands-on break-fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot, install, and configure Windows and/or Mac OS, including both hardware and software issues.
- Perform upgrades, patching, imaging, and deployment of end-user systems.
- Deliver deskside and remote technical support for employees, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Require 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Desktop Support, Deskside, IT Support, IT Manager, ServiceDesk, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or Similar
