We’re looking for a Third Party Manufacturing/Procurement FP&A Manager to join our Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD). In this role, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership for our Direct Procurement and Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) operations—helping shape decisions that impact global healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving operational excellence across our global procurement and third-party manufacturing (TPM) functions. Your contributions will help ensure we deliver high-quality healthcare products efficiently and responsibly.
Financial Leadership & Analysis
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of Direct Spend financials (e.g., COGS/PPV) for planning and forecasting cycles.
- Monitor and report monthly performance against financial targets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct insightful cost analysis to support data-driven decisions in procurement and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain standard cost models, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial planning.
- Prepare clear, concise reports for Operations Management to support strategic alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Commercial, Procurement, and TPM teams to provide product cost insights for annual planning and new product introductions (NPI).
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure compliance with corporate and local procurement policies.
- Support gross margin improvement initiatives by coordinating financial targets, tracking progress, and sharing best practices.
Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to the TPM/Procurement leadership team, offering financial expertise and guidance.
- Provide ongoing support to the TPM/PROC Controller on finance-related activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and impact.
- Serve as a knowledge resource by gathering and sharing best practices across the division.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar qualification
Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) an advantage
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
Minimum 4-7-year experience in Finance
Excel expertise
SAP literate
Experience working within a multinational environment preferable
Experience in financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis would be an advantage
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
Project management experience
