As an Indirect Procurement Intern, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives across key supply chain categories such as logistics, packaging, and warehousing. You will contribute to optimizing supplier performance and driving cost-efficiency, gaining hands-on experience in procurement processes within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and supplier management for logistics, packaging, and MRO to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of our brands’ collections.
- Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities and boost operational efficiency.
- Assist in RFx processes and negotiations to secure the best value while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Retail Operations to align procurement with business goals.
- Maintain procurement tools and dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance the agility and impact of our Indirect Procurement team.
What you Bring
To thrive in this role, you bring a structured, analytical mindset and a strong interest in learning the Procurement dynamics. You’re eager to learn how sourcing decisions impact cost, efficiency, and service across the Supply Chain.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:
- The ability to analyze large deal of data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a drive to optimize processes and challenge existing ways of working.
- Strong collaboration skills
- An interest in procurement’s role and dynamics within an international organization
- Comfort with ambiguity, able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems to support data-driven decision-making and reporting are highly beneficial.
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field are preferred, but we are most interested in your curiosity, analytical mindset, and any hands-on experience that shows your potential to thrive in a procurement environment.
