We are seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager (m/f /d) to join our team
for our forward-thinking Position with a proven track record across key strategic Indirect spend categories — including R&D consultancy and testing, Marketing (creative agency spend), Facility Management, and Insurance. This role is designed for a procurement leader who is ready to step into a Director-level position, driving category strategy, influencing stakeholders, and creating long-term value for the business. The successful candidate will combine hands-on category management expertise with leadership potential, enabling them to scale the function and contribute to strategic procurement transformation.

This is what you can move
Developing and implementing robust sourcing strategies for core categories such as R&D consultancy & testing, marketing, facility management, and insurance.
Building and managing high-performing supplier partnerships through contract negotiation, performance metrics, SLAs, continuous improvement, risk assessment, and ESG alignment.
Acting as a strategic advisor to R&D, Marketing, Facilities, and Finance teams; influencing senior stakeholders, shaping demand strategies, and collaborating with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant, value-driving contracts.
Driving cost savings, value engineering, and commercial innovation without compromising quality or timelines via procurement best practices like e-sourcing, category plans, spend analysis, and by contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Leading and developing the procurement team by mentoring junior members, enhancing governance and stakeholder engagement, and taking an active role in strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
What you bring along
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration
10+ years in-depth strategic and indirect Procurement Processes
Management experience within a global organization
Successful experience in change management
Fluent in English & German
Willingness to travel 30%
