Job Description
Executive Support & Coordination: Act as a key support to the VP Corporate Services, ensuring seamless communication and operational continuity across teams.
Administrative & Operational Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage credit card administration, and ensure efficient internal processes.
Event & Travel Planning: Organize business travel, meetings, and events, ensuring compliance with policies and attention to detail.
Communication & Content Creation: Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and maintain the department's intranet page.
Team & Project Support: Assist with onboarding, support internal projects, and provide backup for other administrative staff while adhering to HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in working within an industrial and international business environment
- Prior working experience of at least 10 years in Corporate Services functions – such as Operational Excellence, Project Management Office, Group Finance, or Group Backoffice – is a plus
- Extensive experience in planning and coordinating travel, events, and executive appointments
- Proficient in digital tools for scheduling, travel booking, documentation, and intranet management
- Exceptional organisational ability, with a structured approach to multitasking, deadline management, and supporting high-level stakeholders
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional fluency in German and/or French is a plus
