Personal Assistant to the Head of Audit
Your contribution to KPMG
Manage and coordinate the Head of Audit's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the Head of Audit
Organize and attend and participate in key audit leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Ensure efficient office operations related to the Head of Audit's activities

Positive attitude with solid interpersonal skills
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in project management
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English and German
Knowledge of audit or finance industry is an advantage
