Your Role
As a 50% Part-time (Junior) Quality Assurance Manager/Deputy fvP, you are responsible for ensuring the Quality compliance for the entire supply chain for medicinal products and medical devices marketed in Switzerland, maintaining GMP/GDP compliant Quality System and oversee the GDP compliance.
Your Responsibilities
Focus tasks
- Support Review of PQRs incl. Swiss specific amendment
- Act as Deputy of the “Fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person” (fvP)
- Make the final decision on batch release to the Swiss market on behalf of the fvP
Additional tasks
- Support the local quality management system for GDP/GMP implementation and maintenance
- Support GMP/GDP compliance of third-party contractors through establishment of Quality Agreements, audits, risk assessments and performance indicators
- Oversee the entire supply chain for products marketed in Switzerland to ensure product traceability and GDP compliance
- Ensure compliance with Swiss legislation and give directives to ensure compliance with GxP requirements
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Science (pharmacy, biology, biotech, chemistry, nutrition…)
- Min. 2-4 years experience in Quality Management in GMP/GDP or related fields or alternative graduates with well above average degree
- Very good understanding of quality processes
- Analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to work precise and well structured
- Agile and flexible mindset with hands-on mentality, working very well in a team
- Good level of German and English, French would be a benefit
