Joining a team in expansion role as the potential to grow embracing other plants (Malaysia, Americas, China)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring continuous improvement and compliance
- Lead and maintain multiple ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), including audit preparations and execution
- Manage and develop a team of 7 Quality Inspectors, providing technical guidance and leadership
- Oversee the non-conformity reporting (NCR) system, ensuring proper documentation and investigation of quality issues
- Lead comprehensive root cause analyses and corrective action implementations
- Extract and analyze data from Quality Control operations to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with the Nuclear Program Quality Manager and participate in the Nuclear Council
- Lead and optimize plant quality processes
- Drive quality awareness and culture throughout the organization
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- 7-8+ years of quality assurance experience in industrial electrical equipment manufacturing
- Proven experience managing Quality Assurance operations in a manufacturing environment
- ISO Lead Auditor certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with nuclear quality standards (RCC-E, NQA-1) or nuclear industry exposure
- French speaking is a plus
- German language skills welcome but not a deciding factor
- Experience with data analytics and Power BI
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO management systems
