Your Role and Responsibilities
To strengthen our motivated team in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our maintenance team as soon as possible.

Work model for this role: Onsite
You will be mainly responsible for:
Troubleshooting and fault rectification (mechanical / electrical / pneumatic) on equipment in our diverse and highly automated machinery park
Performing preventive maintenance and servicing of production equipment
Close cooperation with production cells as well as collaboration with Production Engineering and external service providers
Contributing to and implementing continuous improvements in the production environment
This position reports to: Team Lead Maintenance
Qualifications for the Role
Completed vocational training as Automation Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, Electrician, or equivalent qualification
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing production and assembly equipment (mechanical / electrical / pneumatic)
NIV13 or NIV15 installation license desirable, or willingness to obtain it (supported by ABB)
Strong team player skills, excellent communication, motivated and independent work style
Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Very good German skills (fluent written and spoken), English skills (basic) desirable but not mandatory
Willingness to work in a 4-shift system, later 3-shift system with on-call duty (after an intensive training phase approx. every 3–4 weeks)
