Your mission
As a Business Operations Intern (3 month placement) at our Seed stage deep-tech startup transitioning to Series A, you will support the core functions of our company by assisting in day-to-day operations across production, software, and general business activities. Your mission is to:
Assist in managing daily operations, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth workflows in our manufacturing facility.
Support software-related tasks, such as testing internal tools, updating documentation, and helping with basic troubleshooting for our operating systems and integrations.
Collaborate with teams in engineering, manufacturing, and sales to streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Handle administrative duties, like data entry, report generation, and organizing team meetings to keep operations running seamlessly.
Contribute to special projects that drive our mission forward in AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated, organized intern eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. You should have:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operations, production processes, and software tools; familiarity with manufacturing or tech environments is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Enthusiasm for deep-tech innovations in AI, robotics, and manufacturing.
