Your Mission
- In collaboration with art directors, research visual references for stills, video, social media and experience design.
- Create visual mock-ups during the conception and rollout phase of campaigns.
- Support the art directors in preproduction for stills and video shoots, with location, casting, props and styling needs.
- Support graphic design and 3D design with artistic direction.
- Contribute to briefings for creative collaborators.
- Create guidelines for campaign rollouts, events and athlete shoots.
- Assist in the management of image and video assets.
Your story
- Highly interested in contemporary culture, sportswear, fashion, technology and art.
- Experience in a creative field.
- Experience working on MacOS, with Adobe Photoshop and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capability to visualize and communicate your ideas clearly.
- Ability to think ahead and outside the box.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to take on feedback as a growth opportunity.
About the Team
As a brand driven by design we give great importance to how we communicate through our visual language, from photographic and video outputs to in-store experience. On’s creative studio functions as an in-house creative agency within the marketing team, shaping and maintaining a premium brand image. The art directors conceptualize and execute our marketing campaigns in cross-functional collaboration to bring our products to market in an impactful way.
