About the job:
The Global Onsite Merchandising Manager drives top- and bottom-line performance for Swarovski.com, aligning with brand strategy and vision.
- Drive top-line and bottom-line performance by optimizing eCommerce performance, KPIs, product mix, and pricing strategies.
- Orchestrate global onsite merchandising activities and search optimization to boost conversion and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, CRM, and content teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and ensure content accuracy.
- Support global eCommerce projects and innovations, including AI-driven features and platform enhancements.
- Serve as the main contact for local and central merchandising teams, staying updated on industry trends.
About you :

- Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics or similar
- Professional experience in a similar role within an international and corporate setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Searchandising and AI tools
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
