ROLE SUMMARY

Join our Marketing Team in Lausanne, Switzerland, as a Brand Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of combustible products. We are seeking a dynamic, driven professional with proven brand experience, a strong analytical and strategic mindset to join our fast-paced environment. As Brand Executive, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end process, from briefing agencies and internal teams, to overseeing New Product Introductions (NPI), managing your budget and overseeing brand performance.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Category Manager in defining and executing brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Drive and manage brand marketing projects from inception to completion, including briefing agencies, coordinating with product teams, and ensuring successful NPIs.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing all steps from conceptual brief to execution, managing relevant write-offs, and guaranteeing best-in-class consumer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Global Brand team to ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and status updates, and to effectively influence the best brand positioning for the Swiss end market
  • Analyse and evaluate market performance and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the category.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-departmental projects, ensuring effective stakeholder management, communication, and timely delivery of all agreed measures.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation within the context of approved budgets.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate for this role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and/or trade marketing, with evidence of analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from brief to launch.
  • Effective and efficient way of working
  • Deep consumer Understanding and Brand Building foundations (Brand Purpose, Positioning, Portfolio Strategy and Comms Strategy)
  • Distinctive communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven talent for collaboration across levels of the organisation, both in-house and externally.
  • Team player with flexibility, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant marketing applications
  • Business fluent language skills in English and either French or German (preferably German)
