About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand and content strategy across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly skilled with marketing tools, and has a deep understanding of how to create and manage compelling social media content, websites, and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and manage content across all social media channels
- Oversee website updates, performance, and UX enhancements
- Design and maintain brand assets to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production) to align messaging and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, digital content creation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tools used to develop:
- Social media content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Websites (e.g., WIX, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Google Analytics)
- Brand assets (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Native French speaker
- Advanced in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments
- SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus
- Video editing or animation skills are a bonus
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
