As a Project Leader for the cobas ultra controller suite, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of hardware control software solutions for the Core Lab Customer Area. This includes ensuring solutions meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards by translating customer and business needs into prioritized development objectives and guiding cross-functional project teams toward developing unified and innovative solutions. You will work closely with the cobas ultra Program Lead to safeguard a lean and functional solution architecture across the cobas ultra integrated solutions.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware control software solutions, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise-level software architectures using frameworks like TOGAF, integrating diverse technologies and ensuring interoperability.
Drive collaboration across global teams to address technical, regulatory, operational challenges, and cross-functional dependencies.
Proactively address risks, approve budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation while fostering innovation and agility in software development.
Promote DevOps principles, including CI/CD workflows, cloud platforms, and advanced monitoring capabilities, to enhance solution reliability and scalability.
Act as a key interface across stakeholders, breaking down silos to align software development activities with broader business priorities.
Lead team engagement by fostering transparency, accountability, and a can-do mindset while encouraging experimentation and continuous learning.
You have 6+ years of experience managing large-scale software development projects, including full-stack development workflows and enterprise deployments.
You possess a strong understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, and compliance requirements in a regulated industry (e.g., ISO standards, data security, cybersecurity).
You have a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy reliable, scalable infrastructures and software systems in complex, multicultural organizational environments.
You are an expert in modern technology stacks, software development tools, and methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
You demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a track record of inspiring, motivating, and building high-performing teams across diverse geographies.
