Then we are looking for you for the position of Demi Chef de Partie (Sushi) for the 2025/2026 winter season!
Key Responsibilities
- Daily mise en place for our sushi offerings in the various outlets
- Preparation and presentation of dishes
- Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen area
- Compliance with, development and co-creation of recipes
- Joint responsibility for the proper storage of food in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in Asian cuisine
- Experience in the creation and production of sushi and sashimi
- Interest in being part of a creative and motivated kitchen team and challenging yourself every season
- A calm, clean and focused way of working
