Then we are looking for you to join our creative and dynamic culinary team as a commis de cuisine for the 2025/2026 winter season.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily mise en place
- Preparation and cooking of dishes assigned to your station
- Adherence to quality standards in the kitchen area
- Adherence to specified recipes
- Joint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training as a chef and initial professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organised approach to work
- Keen interest in team-oriented work
- Very good German and English language skills
