Brand and Creative Manager 

Männedorf, Zurich 

Your contribution  

In this role, you will be the guardian of Tecan’s visual identity and creative standards. You’ll deliver engaging brand training, support impactful campaigns and design visually compelling content for internal and external audiences. You’ll manage brand tools such as guidelines, templates, the Media Bank and the Brand Store, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs that strengthen our brand worldwide. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, visual identity and templates 

• Delivering creative direction and hands-on design for campaigns and internal initiatives 

• Coordinating brand platforms, including the Tecan Journal and Media Bank 

• Managing external creative partners and delivering clear, structured briefs 

• Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns

Your background  

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, branding or a related field 

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, creative services or marketing communications 

• Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign, and M365 (especially PowerPoint) 

• Strong organizational, communication and storytelling skills 

• A proactive, detail-oriented and conscientious approach, with the ability to work collaboratively
