Your tasks
- Support and monitor progress as well as challenge the strategic direction of core strategic programs as enablers for the long-term development of a more resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organization
- Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular updates and reports for leadership, and ensure the sustainable implementation of project results
- Analyze and support the team to facilitate change management processes and proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Work in a complex environment across different business units, country organizations and business supporting functions
- Develop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Kardex' long-term strategic development
Your profile
- Enrolled at an university in engineering or business administration, or equivalent
- First experience in strategy consulting or project-based work, experience in large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a plus
- Good mind-set and understanding in setting strategic directions for long-term initiatives and steering initiatives
- Outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and implementation skills
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels and stakeholder expectation management, while being fluent in English and having very good comand of German
