Your task
- Developing visions for properties
- Processing potential analyses and feasibility studies
- Supporting projects in the development phase
- Collaboration in the development of the business model and the acquisition of potential analyses
- Market scouting and constant search for plots or properties with potential
- Communication and coordination with property developers, authorities and external planners
- Product development and collaboration in the marketing of properties
Your profile
- Degree in architecture or economics
- Experience in the preparation of potential analyses
- Expert knowledge of building laws (CH)
- Market and trend analyst
- Ability to think quickly
- Ability to work confidently in team structures
- Solid knowledge of German
