Your role
As part of the development of our activities in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Site Manager specialized in post-tensioning to support civil engineering projects involving special construction works. You will be responsible for the management and execution of construction sites, in coordination with our internal teams, local partners, and clients.
Your Main Responsibilities Leading and coordinating worksites in the field of anchoring and prestressing components for special civil engineering and public works projects. Work in collaboration with local companies and engineering firms. Coordinate activities with our in-house technical office and the company's various departments. Prepare work for your sites. Manage invoicing and cost tracking for your projects. Draw up and manage additional bids. Ensure compliance with safety standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Prepare and follow up bids for bars and tie rods.
Profile Sought Trained as a site supervisor or civil engineer with professional experience in a similar role. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Fluency in spoken and written French; as English is the company's official language, a sufficient level of professional competence is crucial. Knowledge of Swiss-German or German would be an additional asset. Team spirit and excellent communication skills. Exceptional planning and organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and deliver projects on time. Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.
