As a vital member of the Service Learning Excellence Subchapter, you play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive learning strategy for both technical and core skills, tailored to staff and customers. Your responsibilities include continuously leveraging strategic initiatives to enhance the team's service effectiveness and accelerate business impact, you support and advise the relevant stakeholders on strategic decisions related to training and upskilling of service and customer support roles, including Service Leaders.
You develop and implement a global learning strategy
You collect and analyze data from various learning management systems to measure the impact and effectiveness of implemented learning solutions
You define scalable, inclusive, sustainable and effective learning approaches, together with the rest of the team, including methodologies, content, and shaping the environment and mindset
You optimize learning processes and incorporate feedback for improvement
You manage learning budgets and demonstrate ROI for initiatives
You evaluate and manage vendor oversight, and stakeholder interaction and management inside the organization
You support the RDA commercialization with tailored learning solutions
You actively participate in the Service Learning Council and support key decision-making, translating the outcomes into actions for the team, the global training community and the entire Service organization
You coach and mentor team fellows to support the Subchapter Lead building and continuously evolving a high performing organization
You have strategic thinking and business acumen skills
You have strong communication and stakeholder management akills, leadership and team coaching abilities as well as cultural competence and a global mindset
You have experiences in budget management and ROI analysis
You bring vendor management and negotiation skills
You have expertise in learning methodologies and project management
