Position Summary
Join our Customer Excellence team for a 6-month internship. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in Basel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Service and Project Management processes within the aviation industry. You will contribute to key projects aimed at enhancing our Customer Experience at our headquarter in Basel and support projects of our Global Customer Excellence team.
Your Role
- Assist in the daily operations of our Customer Service team at the Basel headquarter
- Meet and Greet Customers from all around the world and support them with their needs
- Prepare and support Meeting requests of Customers and Senior Jet Aviation Leadership
- Support customers with transportation and hotel bookings
- Assist at Aircraft and VIP Arrivals
- Monitor our Customer Lounge and support our continuous improving process for a bespoken service
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Drivers Licence (B) for Switzerland / EU
