The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Intern to support our growth efforts in Europe and beyond. You’ll be hands-on in identifying and engaging healthcare providers, generating leads, booking demos, and helping us refine our sales process. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital health, B2B sales, and startup growth..
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos with decision-makers
- Support in preparing and delivering sales presentations and demos
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead and customer information
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on outreach strategy and messaging
- Collect feedback from early conversations to help improve our sales pitch and materials
- Track and report on KPIs like response rate, meetings booked, and conversion
What You Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (German and English required)
- Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to new contacts
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about B2B sales and health tech
- Self-starter who can work independently and handle ambiguity
- Interest in healthcare, startups, and technology
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
