You will be part of a collaborative, international group of scientists and research associates advancing next-generation treatments. Your work will involve in vitro experimentation using patient-derived and primary cells, as well as ex vivo studies using animal models. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings technical depth in molecular biology and cell-based assays, and possesses experience working with rodent models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct animal handling and experimentation in transgenic mouse models (e.g., injections, tissue collection, processing)
- Perform downstream ex vivo analyses using flow cytometry, qPCR, western blotting, and other molecular techniques
- Culture and manipulate cell lines and primary/patient-derived samples to assess therapeutic interventions
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments in close collaboration with internal scientific teams
- Contribute to the optimization of existing protocols and the development of novel assays
- BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (e.g., Cell/Molecular Biology, Hematology, Immunology, Pharmacology) or equivalent apprenticeship ("Lehrabschluss") with 3+ years of experience
- Valid authorization for animal experimentation (LTK1, FELASA, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in rodent handling and tissue processing (e.g., injections, sample collection)
- Strong proficiency in cell culture and molecular assays (e.g., qPCR, western blot)
- Experience in multi-color flow cytometry
- Background in hematopoiesis or immunology (theoretical or technical knowledge)
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry setting
