What you'll do:
Manage analytical protocols, including control printing, distribution, and accurate documentation to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.
Support sample management and distribution, ensuring samples are accurately tracked, logged, and delivered to the relevant departments.
Support the Quality Control (QC) team with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth laboratory operations.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to QC activities and protocols.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up on QC-related matters.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
Help coordinate and prioritize daily administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the QC department.
What we're looking for:
Completed vocational training.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with standard office software and comfortable working with databases.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) are required.
