We are looking for an Analytical Transfer & QC Readiness Program Lead who is eager to join our dynamic Patient Supply Quality Control department, based in our manufacturing site in Bulle, Switzerland.

What you’ll do
- Lead the AMTE program strategy and execution across global sites.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for analytical method transfers.
- Facilitate cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor program performance and report key metrics to leadership.
- Support process transfers for late-stage and commercial biologics.
- Provide lab support for manufacturing and investigations.
- Support readiness activities for new product introductions and technology transfers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Advanced degree (PhD, MSc) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical analytical development or QC.
- Proven track record in analytical method transfers and QC readiness.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a transversal matrix.
- Capacity to cope with change management, high sense of empathy, capacity to motivate and make people grow through proper coaching and delegations.
- Ability to evaluate staffing and means versus project workload and translate into a clear action plan with an appropriates follow-up is essential.
- Operational excellence (including 5S, Tier cascade, Coaching, Training, Lead time, Investigation, etc).
- Capable of making one's proper decisions by utilizing strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.
- Change management skills.
- Ability to lead investigation/deviation to support laboratories investigations with QC laboratories.
- Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
