Main Purpose of the role
Mondarom is the flavor producing company of Perfetti Van Melle group. We are looking for a Data Management Specialist who will responsible for data quality of flavors in PDR for consolidated flavors and RSME flavoring materials.
Location: Bironico (CH)
What you will do
- Interact with suppliers to receive and check all flavor and flavoring material documents adhere to the PVM flavor policy and certifications according to project deadlines;
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of the monthly screening of all new flavors and flavouring materials in PDR for data completeness and follow up with the countries;
- Coordinate efforts of the Value Engineering team efficiently ensure that documents to be provided to GRD and OCs are correct and complete including content verification as per PVM requirements;
- Prepare all samples for flavor evaluation sessions (chewing gum, candies, tablets, beverages, fondant...) and participate in evaluation sessions as requested.
Our Perfect Candidate
- Degree in a scientific field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.);
- 5 years of experience related to flavors;
- Good knowledge of global regulations and analytical concepts related to flavors;
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English with global colleagues;
- Attention to details, team player, and persistency.
