What you will do:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of software, data, and AI engineers, data scientists, and UX experts to design and deliver digital products.
- Help assess stakeholder needs, gather customer requirements, and prioritize epics and user stories that maximize the business impact of our solutions.
- Assist with product research, market analysis, and preparation of stakeholder materials.
- Gain exposure to agile product development and participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, sprint review, etc.).
What you bring & who you are:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in product management, digital technologies, and energy transition.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) tailored to tech-driven projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and German.
