Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to temporarily support our Workflow Architects and Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working with data and supporting technical sales processes.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to temporarily support our Workflow Architects and Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working with data and supporting technical sales processes.
- Assist Workflow Architects in generating customer-specific ratings and proposals
- Manage and update various price lists and sales-related documents
- Perform administrative tasks using Excel, and web-based tools
- Support with document formatting, layout design, and other presentation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth pre-sales operations
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with databases
- Systematic, meticulous, and precise working style
- Good communication skills in English (min. C1 Level); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
