Within the program OneVision, the OneVision Agency team will lead this transition in all our 150 agencies worldwide by implementing a single operation and information system. This system will be continuously enriched and revamped with newer technologies to take advantage of all synchronization capabilities.
As part of the OneVision Agency team, the PMO Lead ensures adherence to governance processes and methodology standards across the Geneva program and global technology offices.
Reporting to the Senior Director of the OneVision Agency, the PMO Lead will be instrumental in implementing standardized processes, tools, and best practices across all MSC technology offices. With direct exposure to senior management, the PMO Lead will provide key insights and analysis to support strategic planning and execution.
As PMO Lead, you will manage and mentor the PMO team, promote best practices across IT transformation projects, and support senior leadership with clear reporting and analysis.
You’ll oversee key program tools such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to ensure effective governance. Additionally, you’ll drive process compliance, enable smooth communication between teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-up on action plans.
Who are you?
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO leadership or project management roles.
- You have experience in IT transformation projects environment (ERP, organizational change, or similar).
- You have experience with project management techniques and reporting tools.
- You have exceptional English communication skills (oral and written).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have experience with SharePoint (Office 365) and Azure DevOps.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- You are eligible to work in Switzerland, no sponsorship required.
