YOUR ROLE
As an MES Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for our clients in the life sciences and process industries. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and compliant MES platforms using Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (PAS-X) and/or Emerson Syncade. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Design and implement MES architectures tailored to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments.
- Translate business and manufacturing requirements into functional MES solutions.
- Lead MES implementation projects, including system configuration, recipe modeling, and MBR design.
- Define integration strategies with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, historians, and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
- Support validation activities (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including IT, QA, Manufacturing, and Automation teams.
- Stay up to date with MES trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in MES architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PAS-X and/or Emerson Syncade .
- Strong understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing processes.
- Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, LIMS, etc.).
- Knowledge of ISA-95, GAMP5, and S88 standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
