We are opening a position for an Integration Architect to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva.
This strategic role involves designing and overseeing the integration architecture across various systems and platforms, in both on-premises and cloud environments. The selected candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business processes to ensure seamless communication between heterogeneous systems and services.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the enterprise-wide integration strategy.
Prepare architecture proposals tailored to the requirements of specific integration projects.
Define and disseminate best practices and standards to support integration efforts across technical teams.
Develop roadmaps for projects that need to align with enterprise integration policies and architecture.
Act as a permanent member of the Architectural Solutions Group, reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect.
Produce architectural artefacts such as integration blueprints, data flow diagrams, and API documentation.
Guide ICT project teams on integration-related capabilities and design choices.
Contribute to wider Enterprise Architecture activities as needed.
University degree with a minimum of six years of professional experience in IT, including at least five years in integration architecture.
Proven leadership in delivering integration solutions for large-scale enterprise systems in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises).
Expertise in leading integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing APIs, including API lifecycle, architecture, and security.
Proficiency in handling data integration across various formats and platforms.
In-depth knowledge of secure data transfer protocols and encryption methods.
Ability to design high-availability, scalable, and resilient integration architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native integration patterns, hybrid connectivity, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, API Gateways, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams including developers, analysts, operations, and management.
