Job Description
We are looking for a Media Relations Lead Coordinator to drive our global public relations initiatives. You will play a key role in the deployment of international PR campaigns and the coordination of high-impact media activation.
As Media Relations Lead Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the implementation of global PR activations, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regions.
- Coordinate launch-related press events and support local markets with tools, content, and strategic guidance.
- Manage PR budgets, ensuring transparency, accurate forecasting, and responsible allocation of resources.
- Consolidate global campaign data and reporting documents, including the monthly press book and annual review.
- Support designated spokespeople through interview preparation, media briefings, and training when needed.
- Organize immersive press visits (e.g. to the manufacture, Musée Atelier) in collaboration with hospitality teams.
- Manage incoming media inquiries and requests, upholding a responsive, respectful, and brand-aligned approach.
- Supervise the production of visual press materials with internal creatives and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency.
Qualifications
- You are a confident communicator and thoughtful listener, skilled at navigating different audiences and cultural contexts.
- You express yourself fluently in both English and French, written and spoken.
- You have excellent organizational skills, even during busy and stressful periods.
- You have a previous experience in communication, ideally within the watchmaking industry, which is a significant advantage.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven.
- You operate with integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership for your scope.
